If the benefits of membership with the GWBA coincide with your business’ goals, simply complete the enclosed application and return it to the Association office along with your membership investment.

Official membership is granted after the application has been reviewed by the Executive Board.

Membership with GWBA also includes membership with the Home Builders Association of Georgia and the National Association of Home Builders of the United States .

There are two categories of membership in the Greater Walton Builders Association:

BUILDER MEMBER — consist of persons and/or companies engaged in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures of a community and includes land developers.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS — consist of all professions and businesses engaged in a trade industry or profession related to the building industry.

GWBA Membership includes:

• Once a member of GWBA you are automatically a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builder Association of Georgia (HBAG).

Along with the General Membership Meetings, GWBA offers ways for you to become involved in the Association.

Governmental Affairs monitors issues which impact the building industry in the Walton County area with the city and county municipalities.

Education plans, organizes and promotes membership meetings and seminars to educate builder and associate members on new industry developments, products, services and procedures.

Tour of Homes Magazine Team plans, organizes and promotes the Tour of Homes Magazine which features homes in the Walton County area built by GWBA members.

Associates Council plans, organizes and promotes fun(d) activities and social gatherings.

Table Top Night Team plans, organizes and promotes Associate Member Showcase of products and services to GWBA members
